About:

Coral Room, named one of Denver's Best Restaurant/Bars by the Rocky Mountain News is a chic restaurant located in Highland's Square at 32nd and Lowell. The owners, John Nadasdy and Nick Mystrom started this place in 2002 which is a unique balance between form and function. Extraordinary cuisine influenced by Asia and the Pacific Rim, a well-conceived wine list and great atmosphere make Coral Room a bistro you would want to return to often. It is a great place to gather and enjoy good food and great company.

Superb Jules burger and Chocolate cake was heavenly

??Had an amazing brunch to celebrate a friend’s engagement last week. While Mimosas and Bloody Mary enhanced our celebration moods, the delicious food did wonders for our palates. Most of us ordered Jules burger which was superb while some tried the Caprese sandwich as per server’s recommendation and one of us had the crab benedict. For dessert we had the chocolate cake that was heavenly. Overall, we all had good time, good food and good service from the Coral Room. I’ll be back for to try their dinner menu next time. This place is a must try out.

Not a nice way to do business

My experience of Coral room has been both uncomfortable and annoying. Went with my sister-in-law and two nephews for dinner. The place was crowded and we had to wait 20 minutes to get a server’s attention. The kids felt like they were a nuisance. Our server was slow and inattentive and twice made mistakes with our order. The food was ok, nothing worth mentioning. In fact we later had a take away pizza from a nearby place for the kids to eat at home. Not a nice way to do business. Doubt if I'll be back.

Incorporate seasonal ingredients and products

I always make it a point to visit Coral Room whenever I am in Denver. I really like the place, the food and the people here and always find something interesting in their menu to enjoy. Wish we had something like Coral Room in Fort Morgan. As I mentioned, their menu keeps changing to incorporate seasonal ingredients and products. One thing never changes though- the wonderful taste of the food served here! The service is amazing, fast and attentive. I love the familiar smiling faces of this place at every visit. The Colorado natural ribeye that I had last time was just perfectly delicious. I highly recommend the Coral Room for every occasion and season!
