About:

Jelly Café is a restaurant where breakfast is served all day! Located in the Capitol Hill, it is decorated with a modern blend to a fifties throwback theme. The menu is made from scratch every day so the order arrives at the table warm and fresh. Jelly Café’s menu has everything from Benedicts, hashes, pancakes, doughnuts, egg dishes, breakfast sandwiches, French toast and biscuits to mouthwatering gravy.

Their Meatloaf Hash is a knockout! It is filled with house meatloaf, roasted red peppers, red potatoes, spinach, and is covered with two eggs. This superb dish also comes with a choice of bread or a biscuit, and a side of homemade Jelly. Let us also add that there is always a new Jelly de Jour. Another unique and delicious dish served at Jelly Café is the Corn Flake Battered French Toast that is highly recommended by us!

Incredible coffee at Jelly Cafe!!

Jelly Cafe is incredible. The first time I visited I tried the vegetarian sliders. They were amazing!! The potatoes are hand cut and cooked perfectly! It's obvious the owners care greatly for serving "the best" of everything! The brewed coffee is incredible! It's roasted in Colorado Springs and is really smooth, not bitter. I also appreciated that everything was presented well. Can't wait to visit again when I am in Denver!

Love the Stuffed French Toast with Banana & Cream Cheese

I'm in love with the Stuffed French Toast served with Banana & Cream Cheese here. Thick slices of bread, crispy on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside. It’s just so delicious that I have not been able to try any other type of French toasts they offer. Besides this, I’ve tried their Hill Side scramble which is superb and Eggs Benedict which come covered with the best warm hollandaise I’ve eaten in a long time. Way to go Jelly!

Wonderful varieties of pancakes donuts and French toasts

There’s never a long wait at the Jelly café and I love it besides loving the food here. The service is good and friendly too. They have some wonderful varieties of pancakes donuts and French toasts besides other superb breakfast options served here. Last time I was here with my fiancée and my parents who were visiting me from Chicago. We ordered Egg Florentine, the North West scramble, a veggie hash and a Garden slider. We also had a half order of cinnamon sugar donut bites. Everything was superb and we all loved our selected meals. The coffee was amazing and fresh and so was the hot aromatic food that came to our table. My parents were happy and liked this place instantly. I’m have a place like Jelly in Denver.

Frosted Flakes and Banana Pancakes were mighty tasty

Great place for breakfast. I was craving for a delicious breakfast and the meatloaf hash with toast and over easy eggs was hearty and savory enough to fulfill that craving. The Frosted Flakes and Banana Pancakes were mighty tasty as well and complimented the hash well. They were superb and didn't even need syrup. Yummy! My server was quick and friendly and my water glass was always full. I will be back for sure!

Long wait and dull breakfast

Had to wait a good 40 minutes on a Sunday before we got a table and further 10 minutes for the waitress to get our drinks order. We would not have had an issue with this if the food had been up to the standard we’ve read reviews about but it wasn’t. The donuts were a bit stale and the boulder and the farm scrambles that my husband and I ordered we just meh…nothing that could blow us away with its flavor. The Red Flannel Hash was better though, almost better than we are used to at one of our favorite restaurant. But nothing else attracted us and after a long wait and dull breakfast, we are not ready to try another option from their menu any time soon.
