Friendly service and live music

I’ve certainly found the place that serves best authentic Mexican food in Denver. Chile Relleno that I ordered was just superb and I also enjoyed the El Pastor and Costilla tacos that were delicious and crispy. These were served with 4 different kinds of sauces from tangy to hot, to choose from. Friendly service and live music is also an added asset to this great Mexican food spot. I will definitely try it out again.

Mild but not hot as should have been

There are other better places than this where you can get better Mexican food. I read a lot of good reviews about the place and decided to try it out last week. It was a huge disaster. The ‘famous’ salsas were ok. Mild but not hot as should have been. The tacos al pastor were flavorless and on the smaller side. The Carne Asada itself also left much to be desired, and didn't inspire that craving to try it again. Los Carboncitos might be a good place with good food but not the best as far as I am concerned.

Cheap, quick and delicious

I will describe the food at this restaurant in 3 words- Cheap, quick and delicious. My fiancée and I are big fans of Mexican food and are glad that we found this place. Food here is very fresh and made to order. We had Taco Lengua and Taco Bistec and also ordered a steak burrito. We were not disappointed. Tacos were greasy, tasty grilled meat in delicious corn tortillas, just what we like and the burrito was delicious and quite big. The salsas were the best I’ve tasted in a long time. Overall, we had superb traditional Mexican food at cheap prices…Great!?
