Rioja, featuring a menu inspired by Mediterranean ingredients, influenced by local and seasonal products - masterfully brought together by executive chef Jennifer Jasinski. Ambiance: hand-blown glass fixtures, copper-topped bar, exhibition kitchen, simple decor that allows the food to shine.

I ordered a Bloody Mary extra spicy,a favorite of mine, and my boyfriend got a blackberry whiskey sour. My drink was awesome, it had just the right amount of kick to it, but the sour mix with the whiskey was just too acidic and overpowering especially for the hefty price tag ($10). While we were waiting for the Pork Belly an array of breads were presented to us. There were five selections which all sounded great but I went with the caramelized onion bread and my boyfriend had the goat cheese biscuit, both were awesome.

Tuna Tartare and Sashimi was the least successful dish. My GF, Rachel summed it up nicely "I feel like I am eating really fancy cat food." I thought the flavors were interesting but I wouldnt order it again. Another dish was Arugula Gnocchi which had a really earthy flavor, and the barely cooked corn had a nice toothsomeness to it. I also loved the crunchy hazelnuts.
