In Saigon Bowl, bun is the Vietnamese dish (rather, bowl) chock full of vermicelli noodles, fresh veggies, shrimp, beef, chicken and egg rolls - oh, and with a bowl of fish sauce to pour over the whole thing. You will loved this dish around town - New Saigon, Pho Yo and countless other places, but this had to be the best. No wonder there was such a full house during the lunch hour!
