My favorite Middle Eastern food in Denver

So good that partner went back for a falafel sandwich.  I haven't had a chicky shaw that good in a long time!!  Falafel's rock!  Beef Shawarma met the utlra picky test of my sig-other, and the saj and pita were fresh baked on the premises and GOOOOOOOD!  They have some of the little things that soooo many other joints around town fail to have but are de rigor in the ME.  The right consistency of hummus-not that plaster of paris stuff over at Garbanzo's, garlicky sauce for the chick shawarma-as only the best outfits in Lebanon and Syria would serve, and potatoes for the sandwiches, great olive oil hotsauce, and the right kind of purple turnip pickles!!!! The little things mark the integrity of the cuisine, versus the highly AMERICANIZED stuff you get pretty much everywhere else in Denver.
