A breakfast and lunch restaurant located at 700 N Colorado Blvd, the Snooze Eatery was established in 2006 by Jon Schlegel. This eatery offers brightly colored decor, a constantly changing wall mural and a Rockies jersey commemorating the opening vintage of 2005. It is a quaint, yet very contemporary eatery that serves breakfast and lunch menu crafted from scratch focuses on the highest level of fresh ingredients depicting creativity and excellent taste.

Offering many different food concoctions, Snooze serves some of the best pancakes and egg varieties in Denver. Their Smokin’ Salmon Benedict is a sure winner!

Apart from breakfast dishes like Hollandaise and pancakes, the Snooze also offers mouth watering lunch entrees like Tacos, burgers and steaks of various types. Not to mention their exclusive organic coffee which is picked, roasted and flown in directly from Guatemala every week.
