About:

Just like a small European cafe, The Squeaky Bean Resturant Denver is multi-faceted, evolving from a convenient breakfast stop, to a lunch and brunch hot spot, to a candlelit bistro and bar with amazing offerings.

There name was inspired by garden fresh green beans and the sound they make as they squeak on your teeth. Besides, who can help but smile after saying "The Squeaky Bean"? Not one to discriminate, The Squeaky Bean ventures beyond our namesake - they feature fresh, locally roasted coffee beans from Denver's Pablo's Coffee and dabble with vanilla, cocoa and any other bean that dares cross their path.

Despite their playful name & welcoming atmosphere,Squeaky Bean Resturant are serious about creating simple, delicious food and cocktails crafted with seasonally fresh and local ingredients. That’s why they use produce grown in their own 1200 sq ft urban garden as well as Aspen Moon Farms (Longmont, CO) and nearby farmers markets. Please come in, relax, enjoy, and explore your inner bean.

The food did nothing to improve our moods

We’ve had a disappointing customer service at this place when my husband and I went for dinner. We made reservations and were on time but had to wait nearly 20 minutes to be taken to our table. The waitress that we got was the worst waitstaff I’ve had an experience of dealing with. She seemed inattentive, forgot our salad until reminded and disappeared for long time. After dealing with the frustrating service, the food did nothing to improve our moods. It was just ordinary. Nothing worth mentioning except for the duck sandwich that was delicious. Now that the place is closed and will be opened at a new location, we might just give it another shot.

Food at Sueaky Bean is bit pricey, but definitely worthy

Too bad this place is closed due to some unfortunate issues. But I’m hoping for it to reopen again soon. Loved the atmosphere, food and service at this place. The food at Sueaky Bean is bit pricey, but it's definitely worth every penny. I recommend the Croque Madame, Duck Confit sandwich, roasted asparagus and Duck Rillettes. Can't wait to try these delicacies again. I’m hoping Squeaky finds a new home soon!

Love their dessert, The Fluffer Nutter

Squeaky Bean is a place for perfect food, good drinks, friendly service and no hour long wait. My husband just loves their dessert, The Fluffer Nutter. We’ve been here many times, for brunch as well as dinner and have always found the food amazing and delightful. The service is very friendly and attentive and they kind of make you feel at home. We are excited to visit the restaurant again once they find and open their new location.

Impressive and superb menu

Squeaky Bean offered a simple yet delicious menu. The duck sandwich that I had on my last visit was delightful and with a taste that sticks to you.i had also ordered an egg and asparagus appetizer that was delicious as well. It’s a pity that this wonderful place is now closed, but I am looking forward for it to re-open in their new location. I’m sure Chef Maxwell Mackissock and his genius culinary team will come up with a more impressive and superb menu than before. Best to luck to them.
