The banana cream pie is delectable

I love TAG and am a regular. There is nothing about this restaurant that I don’t like. They have a constantly changing menu and I have tried out almost everything from I have sampled almost everything on their constantly changing menu, from their taco sushi, Australian kangaroo to their local hanger steak, nothing here has disappointed me yet. The banana cream pie is delectable. The atmosphere is cozy and the bar bustling. Sometimes in for a bit of a wait when you order a cocktail but believe me once you take a sip, it will be well worth it.

Pleased with their food and service

Took my wife and little girl to tag last month. Nice place-cozy and warm and the menu is a perfect combination of global cuisine with something for everyone. We ordered Grilled meatloaf with sushi rice, kalbi vegetables, kimchi, natural power sauce and flash seared hiramasa while our daughter only wanted a burger so we ordered their classic burger. The food was amazing and full of flavor. My daughter liked her burger especially the duck fat fries. Later we ordered the ‘Sticky Toffee Cake’ which was delicious too. A bit too sweet for my liking but my kid loved it. We will go again since we were pleased with their food and service. ?

Lemongrass chicken was delicious

I went to TAG with my fiancée and wanted to try out their Wagyu Bone Marrow that a friend had recommended. I don't know how that dish is prepared but at TAG, I tasted something that was just plain. All it tasted was like a spoon full of fat and a buttery piece of bread and nothing more. The Australian barramundi was just ok but the Lemongrass chicken was delicious and filling. There were really long pauses between the courses which I don’t approve. Dessert was good and so were the taco sushi. We might try TAG again but not sooner.

top notch dining experience at such a price range

My dad visited me from Chicago few weeks ago and I was determined to make his visit memorable one with superb Denver food so decided on TAG - it did not disappoint me. The sushi was flavorful and dad approved of his Loch Dhuart Salmon served with butternut squash puree. My Kobe beef sliders were awesome and the drinks (French Mule and Dark & Stormy) were delicious too.

The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is the long wait between the waiter's appearances. Other than that, the place is a top notch dining experience at such a price range.
