Mail Boxes Etc., Inc. (MBE), a UPS company, is the world’s largest franchiser of retail shipping, postal and business service centers. Its franchise brands, The UPS Store® and Mail Boxes Etc.®, together comprise more than 4,300 independently owned locations nationwide, providing convenient and value-added business services to the small-office/home-office (SOHO) market, corporate "road warriors," and consumers. They Are Best...
If you don't want the annoyance of waiting in outrageously long lines only to be treated appallingly by grumpy civil servants who are anything but civil, then I suggest that you head for The UPS Store 700 Colorado Blvd like I did…..Unlike the US post office where they have at least five service stations set up and only two employees to service customers, even at busy lunch time, The UPS Store has one cash register and always at least two employees to help you out. I found everyone who helped me at the UPS store’s 700 Colorado Blvd location to be well-informed, friendly and oh so polite when it came to customer service. I have recently moved my business to Denver and require a lot of mailing and copying. After my experience with the UPS store I am certain that the exceptional staff there will handle my correspondence and packages with care and efficiency. Let me also add that this store also offer a great selection of office supplies, paper, envelopes, tape, etc.

Super Quality Service
Thank you UPS Store for making my usually dull and dreaded task a very pleasant one. These people there are just great. They are knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. No wonder they get a lot of business everyday and it keeps on growing. For me, this store has been a reliable source of sending and receiving my mails and parcels on time and safe. They certainly deserve 5 stars for the super quality service.

Polite, Helpful and Super Fast
I have only three words to describe the customer service of this store-Polite, helpful and super-fast! I usually got to the UPS store near my work but last week, I had to pick up a colleague and hence on my way, went to the store at 700 Colorado Blvd. Had to drop off a few pre-paid boxes and send 2 packages to NY. I was really surprised and impressed by how seriously this store takes customer service. The guy in the store who served me was unfailingly polite and kind. The pre-paid box that I had needed to be taped up, and I thought I'd have to buy a giant roll of tape just to drop off the box, but the UPS guy wouldn't have any of that- he taped it up securely and scanned it into the system immediately. Now that’s a wonderful service. I will surely visit this store again.

Great Service
This store is highly recommended. We were moving from Houston to Denver and needed a place to ship boxes and have those held for a week or so until we got there. Hence my husband bought a mailbox with these guys and they allowed us to ship our 12 large boxes to them at no extra charge. All in all a great help and very friendly.
